What "no waitlist" actually means

No waitlist means your family can begin intake right away instead of joining a months-long queue. Your actual start date depends on clinical fit, provider availability, records, funding verification, assessment, and authorization — and we keep you updated at every step.

Clinical services

Care that is built around the child, not the schedule

Three clinical services, delivered by clinicians who plan together. Organizational training for schools and employers sits under Education Partnerships.

Florida & North Carolina

ABA Therapy

Applied Behavior Analysis is our primary clinical service. In Florida, center-based ABA in West Palm Beach serves children ages 2 to 6. In North Carolina, ABA is delivered in homes, schools, daycares, and appropriate community settings.

A private-pay pathway focused on sensory regulation, fine motor development, self-care, feeding, and the daily routines where independence is actually built. Not billed to insurance.

Onboarding roadmap

Six steps, and you always know which one you are on

  1. Share your needs

Tell us about your child, what you are hoping changes, and where you are located. A few minutes is enough to begin.

  2. Connect with the intake team

A person — not an automated queue — reviews your inquiry, answers questions, and tells you honestly what the path looks like.

  3. Verify documents and funding

We collect records securely and confirm what your plan or private-pay pathway covers before anything begins.

  4. Complete the appropriate assessment

A clinician gets to know your child directly, so the plan reflects who they actually are rather than a template.

  5. Build the care plan

Goals are written with your family, in language you recognize, with a clear picture of how progress gets measured.

  6. Coordinate the service start

Scheduling, setting, and the people involved are confirmed together, including school or daycare coordination when relevant.

For referring professionals

Refer a family and know exactly what happens next

You are trusting us with a family you already know well. Our referral pathway is built to respect that: privacy-first submission, a clear checklist, a named intake contact, and communication back to you about where the referral stands.

  • Pediatricians and primary care teams
  • Psychologists and diagnosticians
  • Schools and school-based teams
  • Case managers and care coordinators
  • Early-learning and childcare programs
  • Hospitals and discharge planning teams
  • Community organizations and family advocates

Privacy comes first

Please do not email diagnoses, evaluations, or records to a general address. Use the secure intake pathway so protected information stays protected from the very first message.

Secure submission

Let's make the path forward feel possible.
