Our Florida center-based ABA program serves children ages 2 through 6. Ages served for other services and settings vary by clinician, program, and funding source, so please contact the intake team to confirm whether we can serve your child rather than relying on a general age range.

It depends on the service and how it is funded. Insurance-funded ABA typically requires a qualifying diagnosis from an appropriate evaluating provider, because the funder requires it. Private-pay occupational therapy and private-pay mental health counseling have different requirements. If your child has not been evaluated yet, tell us — we can talk through what a reasonable next step looks like.

In Florida, ABA is available center-based in West Palm Beach for children ages 2 through 6, with community options depending on the service and current availability. In North Carolina, ABA is delivered in family homes, in partnering schools, in daycare and early-learning programs, and in appropriate community settings. The right setting is a clinical decision made with the family, not a default.

Yes. Occupational therapy and mental health counseling at Look Up Therapy are private-pay services. They are not billed to insurance, which means no authorization queue and no benefit denial, but it also means the family is responsible for the cost of care. Ask the intake team for current rates and scheduling options.

No. Look Up Therapy does not currently provide speech therapy or speech-language pathology services. Our services are Applied Behavior Analysis, private-pay occupational therapy, private-pay mental health counseling, and organizational training and consulting. If your child needs speech-language services, we are glad to talk through what to look for in a provider.
