About Look Up Therapy

A family-centered practice built on a simple conviction: therapy should see the whole person, and it should support the family around them.

Our story

Christian and Tiffany Sanon founded Look Up Therapy in 2020 in West Palm Beach, Florida.

Christian grew up alongside his sister, Chrisline. That experience shaped a conviction he still builds the practice around: a child is never just a case file, and the family holding everything together around them deserves support too.

See the whole person. Support the family around them.

What began as a Florida practice has grown into a regional organization serving families across Palm Beach County and four North Carolina counties — with the same standard in both states: ethical care, clear communication, and families treated as partners rather than recipients.

What we hold ourselves to

The commitments behind the work

Access without false promises

Families can begin intake immediately. We will not manufacture a start date we cannot honor to make that sound better than it is.

Family as partner

Caregivers help set goals, learn the strategies, and are told plainly how progress is measured. Nothing about a plan should be a mystery to the people living it.

Culturally responsive practice

Language, faith, family structure, and community shape what good care looks like. We ask rather than assume.

Honest scope

We publish only the services we actually provide, in the places we actually provide them. If we are not the right fit, we say so.

Clinician development

Supervision and training are part of the job, not an afterthought. Quality care depends on clinicians who are supported in doing it.

Community connection

Schools, pediatricians, and community organizations are part of a child's world. We work with them rather than around them.

Leadership

The people accountable for the work

Clinical decisions at Look Up Therapy are made by clinicians. These are the people who own them.
