We build for WCAG 2.2 Level AA. If something on this site gets in your way, tell us and we will fix it.
Our commitment
Look Up Therapy serves families with a wide range of abilities and access needs. It would be inconsistent to say that and then publish a website people cannot use. We target conformance with the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.2 at Level AA.
What we have built in
- A skip link to jump straight to the main content
- Full keyboard navigation, including the menu, accordions, and concierge
- Visible focus indicators on every interactive element
- Semantic headings in a logical order on every page
- Colour contrast checked against AA thresholds
- Accordions and menus wired with correct ARIA states
- Reduced-motion support for people who prefer less animation
- Responsive layouts from 320 pixels upward with no horizontal scrolling
- Descriptive alternative text on meaningful images
- No auto-playing media and no content that flashes
Known limitations
Our secure intake form is hosted on a third-party platform, so its accessibility is determined by that provider rather than by us. If you encounter a barrier there, call us and a member of our team will complete the intake with you by phone.
Documents and images uploaded over time may not always meet the same standard immediately. We correct these as they are identified.
