For schools, universities, nonprofits, and employers
Education Partnerships
Organizational engagements that build capability inside the institutions children depend on — training, consultation, and leadership development delivered at the organizational level rather than one child at a time.
What a partnership can include
Engagements are scoped to the problem you are actually trying to solve. Most begin with a conversation and a written proposal rather than a fixed package.
School-based behavioral consultation
On-site consultation for teams navigating escalating behavior, inconsistent practice across classrooms, or support plans that are not holding up in practice.
Educator and administrator training
Professional development for teachers, paraprofessionals, and school leaders — practical, behavior-based, and grounded in what a classroom can realistically sustain.
Classroom management
Structures, routines, and responses that reduce disruption without relying on exclusion, built for the specific grade bands and populations you serve.
Behavior-support strategies
Function-based approaches staff can actually implement, with coaching so the strategies survive contact with a real school day.
Organizational consulting
Systems-level work on performance, communication, retention, and the operational habits that quietly determine whether good practice sticks.
Workforce development
Building capability in new and growing teams, including onboarding structures, supervision practices, and competency development.
University collaboration
Practicum and fieldwork collaboration, guest instruction, and applied projects with programs preparing the next generation of clinicians and educators.
Community programs
Workshops and capacity-building for nonprofits, faith communities, and family-serving organizations across our regions.
Leadership development
Coaching and structured development for supervisors and leaders who are responsible for other people's practice, not just their own.
Custom professional development
If none of the above is quite it, tell us the outcome you need. Most of our strongest engagements were designed for one organization's specific problem rather than pulled off a shelf.

Partnership questions
How do education partnerships work?
Education partnerships are organizational engagements, not individual clinical services. A school, district, university, nonprofit, or employer tells us what they are trying to change — classroom behavior escalations, staff turnover, inconsistent behavior-support practice, leadership capacity — and we scope a training or consulting engagement around it. Most partnerships begin with a short conversation and a customized written proposal.
Can a pediatrician or school make a referral?
Yes. Pediatricians, psychologists and diagnosticians, schools, case managers, early-learning programs, hospital discharge teams, and community organizations all refer to us. Send the referral through our secure intake pathway rather than ordinary email — the Professional Referral Center has the secure form, our phone number, and a click-to-email button for the intake team. Please do not email diagnoses, evaluations, or records to a general address.
How can I confirm availability in my city?
Availability changes as our clinical team grows, so the honest answer for any specific address is: ask us. Call (855) 274-1915 or send an inquiry through the site and we will tell you what is currently open in your area rather than posting a blanket promise we cannot keep everywhere.
