Not at this time. North Carolina services are currently delivered in homes, schools, daycares, and appropriate community settings. A future regional center between Rowan and Davie counties is in planning, and we will publish an address and opening date only once both are confirmed.

Applied Behavior Analysis is the service we provide in North Carolina. Occupational therapy and mental health counseling are private-pay services currently based in our Florida practice — contact the intake team to ask what is available for your family.

Coverage depends on clinician availability at the time of your inquiry. Salisbury, Spencer, China Grove, Landis, Granite Quarry, Rockwell, and surrounding communities are all within our working area. Call to confirm current availability for your specific address.

It means you can begin intake with us right away instead of being placed in a months-long queue before anyone speaks with you. It does not mean therapy begins the same day. Your actual start date depends on clinical fit, provider availability in your area, records, funding verification, the appropriate assessment, and authorization where applicable. We tell you where you stand at each of those steps rather than leaving you to guess.

ABA is frequently a covered benefit, but coverage depends on your specific plan, your state, the diagnosis on record, and the authorization your plan requires. We verify benefits with you during onboarding and explain in plain language what your plan indicates before services begin. We do not promise coverage on a website — we confirm it with your plan.

Often, yes. School-based and daycare-based ABA requires written caregiver consent and the agreement of the school or program, and we coordinate scope, scheduling, and communication before any session takes place. The goal is to complement what the school team is already doing rather than run a parallel, competing plan.
