A child with cerebral palsy plays with his female therapist during ABA therapy.

Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) therapy

Who knew therapy could be so fun? We help clients gain independence through group activities & play.

Our research-based therapeutic practice helps parents and caregivers understand how certain behaviors develop, how an environment causes a behavioral change and how a child learns best.

This allows us to design individualized treatment plans to meet your child's needs and assist them with gaining skills to become more independent—without rigorous table work or studies. In sessions, our ABA therapists prefer to teach new skills while playing or in group settings.

Our goal is to get you to the brighter future you want and eventually fade out our services—for good.

(But we will always be here if you need continued support!)

With our ABA therapy programs, you can expect:

  • 1:1 therapy to be specifically designed for and focus on your child

  • Opportunities for your child to engage in social settings and group activities where they can apply and practice their new skills

  • The option to receive therapy in center, in school or at home

  • Your increased ability to recognize the function of behaviors (the reason why your child engages in certain behaviors) and facilitate changing them

Through ABA techniques, including positive reinforcement and the A-B-Cs of behavior, our clients have witnessed:

  • More socially acceptable behaviors in community settings.

  • Reduced disruptive or challenging behaviors.

  • Developed self-help skills (potty training, feeding, dressing).

  • Ability to follow instructions within a group.

  • Healthy social engagement with peers.

  • Improved communication over time.

  • Improved academic performance over time.

ABA therapy for kids takes place most commonly on a daily schedule. Sessions integrate work, play and socialization activities to help clients reach their goals while developing age-appropriate skills.

ABA therapy works best when families can maintain consistency in helping their loved ones change their behaviors. Discover how we help families, too.

A special note

Occasionally ABA therapists collaborate with speech-language pathologists (SLP) and occupational therapists (OT) to deliver unique programs that pinpoint behavior versus sensory issues and help a struggling child adapt more quickly.

Celebrating the wins

We offer support and guidance for challenging behaviors, lack of communication skills, home modifications, inappropriate social skills and more.
