After hire, employees complete a 3–4 day training that addresses our standards for care, values, procedures, and professional techniques. The exercise also boosts compassion and understanding in working with clients and their families.
RBTs receive training and ongoing supervision 5% of the time they work to maintain their credential.
We conduct quarterly training in group settings to address changes in the field and industry.
Employees also participate in continuing education units to advance their knowledge.
We help future therapists gain access to study guides, practice exams and mentoring on their journey to become an RBT.
