Our therapists have the necessary credentials to complete their jobs.

• After hire, employees complete a 3–4 day training that addresses our standards for care, values, procedures, and professional techniques. The exercise also boosts compassion and understanding in working with clients and their families.

• RBTs receive training and ongoing supervision 5% of the time they work to maintain their credential.

• We conduct quarterly training in group settings to address changes in the field and industry.

• Employees also participate in continuing education units to advance their knowledge.

• We help future therapists gain access to study guides, practice exams and mentoring on their journey to become an RBT.
